He was very attentive and caring and focused on my car and my issue and … More trying to help me figure it out and just through every step he was just very nice very professional. He was able to diagnose the problem rather quickly and have it fixed very quickly. I would highly recommend anybody needing car repairs to go to Hi-Tech Auto as I certainly will continue to bring all my cars in my family to Hi-Tech Auto to have repairs if needed. I was new to Orlando and had a couple of bad experiences through my fiance need to work on her vehicle and a couple of different places and Hi-Tech was so much better than the others and I really can’t think of a place where I’ve had a car done or repaired where someone was as professional and focused and attentive on my problems and helping take care of me anywhere! I would just say Sam was very caring and attentive from the first moment I walked in and every time I went into the shop he was always very nice and took the time to not only listen but to help me … More understand what the issues were and how he was going to try to fix them.. and then when I picked the car up he not only showed me the part that he replaced he showed me what was wrong with it and gave me some more detailed explanation and overall I think he just is an outstanding young mechanic and I definitely will bring him more cars you know in the future if that need arises I would definitely strongly recommend him to anybody needing car repairs Less
